my grow is in my basement im wondering if there is enough fresh air from the daily opening of the doors, or do i need a dedicated duct coming from outside and if so what about cold weather. Probably just overprotective here but i know air is the most important overlooked aspect of indoor grows...

im a new grower finishing up my grow box now in the basement (just moved to a place where the water table is low enough to have basements :) ill be asking quite a bit here shortly.
