I would never try and run 4000W of lights, plus the accompanying fans you are going to need without running a dedicated circuit. How your home is wired and the amps and circuits in each room depends a lot on how old your home is. In the "olden days" we had a lot less call for electrical wattage/amps than we do now. Many older homes may multiple rooms running on one breaker. And there may be no open slots for new circuits. Every grow has their own individual set of circumstances.
