What kind of light? HPS? 20 Sqr feet will need 100,000 lumens min.

Yeah for flowering, I would use 2 600wHPS in that space and watch em rock.

600 watt hps/mh cool tube and a buddy of mine has 2 150 watt hps lights he was gonna let me borrow 1of them but if needed both he would let me use them.i can still make the room 4x4 if i need to
