just wondering if they are nearly done. first grow so dont want to pull them too early. also what are some good ways to dry and store? I always thought weed just neede to be dried, why do i want to cure? What do you think of the girls?

The only way to really tell if they are done is with a microscope or jewelers loupe so you can check the trichromes. 
As far as drying and storing goes it's very easy. Trim your buds and hang them in a dark dry place. Once they start feeling like a sponge they go into jars. Once a day the jars are open for 20 minutes and then closed again. Repeat this until your buds are cured. This is just one of many ways to do it. You can also take a look in the Harvesting, Drying and Curing section on the site.
