Hey hey... little baked here... anyhow... last two weeks I found two ants. Just walking around the house.

Normal looking ants.

Today... I came home, got baked right now. And a mean looking evil bee/wasp was walking under coffee table.

It looked f'n evil.

It's still alive but under an empty can of soda.

It's just there.

Anyhow, all my windows are screened and it's been in the thirties all week here. SNowed/rain today.

My doors are never opened... we have a hall way to get into home.

Where the heck did it come from? I don't mind the ants I set them free outside. But this bee-wasp evil looking thing scares me. It's like an inch maybe longer with a big old stinger in the back.

Do they hibernate indoors? Like fly's. Or did it somehow sneak in here. For a stoned second (Like 20 minutes lol reason why I even started this... forgot though anyhow)

I was thinking maybe it was in the Fox Farms soil I used for grow. Maybe it was a baby and just popped up today...

Well i dont wanna scare you diz, but the FBI dont call them "bugs" for nothing

Nah seriously though, although i dont know where you live, but where i am its the bee's and wasps you wanna watch out for, usually the 1 inch huge things with massive nasty looking stingers on the back are usually harmless, i know it sounds strange but its the way it is where i live

^^Harmless??I think not dude...a wasp can MESS you up pretty good if you give it a chance>that stinger aint there for style. We have a bit of them locally..just escort it outside.lol.

ya it could of came in ur soil. thats crazy dont let that sucker sting u lol might ruin ur high lol

Carib man in this country we have 1 inch sometimes 1 and a half inch flying insects, with a huge stinger which is aparently useless. No venom, no poison, no natural instinct to use in defence, these things are flying idiots lol..

Eh...squash it or carefully put him outside. When I visit relatives in Japan during the summer the ones we have to be careful of are the giant hornets. 2 inches long, sting repeatedly without dying, and have venom that will dissolve tissue. Around 100 people or so die every year from them and it takes very, very little to set the hives off to an attack. Mostly farmers have trouble with them from gardening equipment and stuff sending vibrations through the ground.

Just be happy it's not one of these bad girls !

lol that's not my hand. It's just a picture I got from yahoo. No way I would ever let one of those things land on me. It's sting dissolves your flesh! Not to mention any allergic reactions that might follow.

Wasps live on a nest during the sumer but all of them dont die in the winter they would usually find a spot under the bark of an old tree but they find the boards in your attick make a great place to live out the winter. They hardly move in the winter but when spring comes they start crawling around looking for a warm spot which ends up being your living room. If you have ever had a deer camp that is empty all year it will be full of wasps during the hunting season. They are not protective when there alone and away from a nest so you about have to lay on one to get stung. Just look out for them when there protecting a nest. I kept bees for 12 years and understand bees and wasps. Wasps are really good creatures they feed mostly on catipillers to feed there young so they are benificial for an mj grower. Learn to live with them outdoors and remove them indoors. Slim

It's still under the can forgot all about it until I saw your replies. I'll take a pic, it's probably dead now which sucks since I don't like killing things unless I eat them...

I don't plan on eating it. As far I am concerned it died from natural causes. Being under a can is not a good enviroment for it... so obviously the cause of death with the natural enviroment under the can.

;)

I'll take pics and post it later today, going to clean soon.

Buy a new fan soon, they should be okay for now.

Besides you are using floros.

As long as they get some new air in their every once in awhile you shouldbe okay temporarily.

I tun off my fan some nights to give it rest. Especially on cool nights.

I sometimes find these giant bee/wasp looking things in my backyard. They are harmless but extremely gross looking. The ones in our yard emerge from this giant grub like thing so maybe one of those grub things was in your soil and the evil wasp emerged and that's how he got in your house?

And you are a much better person than I am....I always kill those things immediately with no remorse whatsoever. I am sure the one you have died of heart disease or cancer or something while under that can. You have nothing to hang your head about, its the circle of life...;)
