best seeds to grow

can any one give me any advice on the best seeds around im growing white wido at the min any better strains looking for the knock out afect

I liked northern lights....put me down everytime.
Couple have highly recommended K2 to me.
For me any that was promoted for pain releif gave me a good couch lock.
Also Harvest time will greatly affect the type of high.
Indica knocks me on the couch a lot more than a sativa. Sativa I like for day smoke.
