2 600 are far more lumens.

Light movers dont work well because lighting up one plant while putting one in the dark just doesnt provide any benifit.

A typical 54 Watt T5 HO (High Output) bulb produces 5000 lumens..X 4= 20,000 L
..a single 600, about 95,000..

so papa.. you would need around 20 of those, to equal "1" of the 600's
simply no comparison at all...
 
I vote for 2 600's.

However, 2 400 HPS with a 400 MH in the middle, might be worth considering.
