biocanna nutes organic.do i need to ph adjust?

hi everyone gota couple of grows under my belt and have decided to change nutes for next grow.gonna go organic and bought the biocanna organic range and soil is bio terra plus from biocanna.it says on the bottle that the diluted nutrient does not need to be acidified.does this mean that i dont have to ph adjust?does the soil naturally acidifiy ?didnt ask guy at shop and its quite a hike to get there .....my tap water is 7.3

IMHO, I would check PH at all times, in soil it should be 6.5 to 6.8.
