bone meal

Does anyone use bone meal here? I dont know how good this stuff is and would like some opinions.

ive never used it but i would think it would be the same as using eggshells in your compost. i would look up some stuff about homemade compost. that is what im going to start doing soon. cultivating my own soil in the prosses.

Yeah thats what I do. I just got this bone meal .5-15-0 and worked it into my compost bucket. I never used it before so I just want to see whats up. Just want my girls happy.

it relly depends on what your soil is lacking, bonemeal is good for soil that lacks phosphorus. make sure you check your ph levels if you are using something new like bonemeal.
