coconut fibre!!

Hey all, someone please help im i have grown my last 2 crops in coco fibre, 5x 50litre pots filing bottom with rocks (thats not there technical name i cant remember what they are called there small and red) and fillin the rest of the pot with coco will i be gettin enough air to my roots and how much water should i be giving them i currently give them 25litres for first 3 to 4 weeks then slowly increase feeds as the plants grow i aim for 1 litre of waste from each pot per day. Oh and i feed three times a day, also what are the optimum times for feeds for a 18hour grow 6 hour sleep and times for 12/12 any help suggestions will be much appreciated. cheers
