Couple ?'s on Cloning

Alright, heres the jist of it. I stareted budding 12 days ago and i am just able to tell which are male and which are female. Ok so now i've seen the videos on cloning and kind of know how it's done but here are my questions
1) I thought when cloned a plant has to be in the vegataive state but in this stage you are not aware now that it is female yet, do I slowly put it back into vegatative after I know which are my females and choose one to mother and then clone, or do I do somehting else?
2) Can the clones be put back into a 10" pot with soil or do I need to put it in a solo cup and transplant?(Don't have any rockwool or something else to pu in it)
3) When do you clone? Is it to late for me or am I just there

you clone in veg.
what u can do is, make a female mother, put her back into Veg. then clone the crap out of her.
i think once you put it in flower, u can still clone for like a week or so.

easyest ways to clone imho, are Rooting hormone, and straight into soil, with humidity dome.
Or a areo ponics device : which is simple to make.

You need one fish tank air pump. one bubble stone, and a light proof container with lid...EX coffee container.
put one whole in center, and however many holes for your cuttings.
then fill with water, run tube into center hole, and add cuttings, then turn on bubbles. change water every day or soo.
It should have crazy roots in about 10 days
