Deformed branch/leaf

This isn't much of a problem, the plant itself seems very healthy. But on inspecting it today i came across a weird stunted branch/leaf. Wondering what any possible outcomes will be? Will it still bud? Could it stress the plant?

I can see a branch growing on its exact opposite side of the plant at the same height.

Have you lost a branch where the odd leaf is?

Your temps look too high and it looks like you have the first signs of a PH issue starting.

I have sorted my temps out they are low 70's atm. I had a ph problem (getting a little bit high causing some nutrient lock out, but i fixed that. All the new growth is fine.

There is just this one leaf that seems to be growing out of the main stem. and its kinda folded over as you can see.
