Does anyone have info on "hard water" used in soil grow

Im in an area where the water is very good. (from natural deep wells), but it is very hard. What is the effect of hard water used in soil grow?

not completely sure the impact hard water has but i do know they make nutrients designed specifically for peopel mixin wit hard water. i believe flora 3part series has a hard water nutrient version .

I watered from a well for years and felt a benefit from the extra mineral and/or metals in the water. Hard water is not always horrible gathered the hardness is created w/ the right stuff. I'd have my water tested and decide what to filter if anything after that. This will also give you the knowledge to adjust appropriate nutrient levels accordingy. Best of luck.....
