so, check this out, i have a great lady about six feet tal and budding nicely, she is either BIG BUD, or PAPAYA, both NV, but either way she is develpoing bud rot everywhere, she is about 4 weeks into budding, i have been dilligently picking it off leaving no trace, but it still spreads, i have taken her under cover during rain and made sure there is plenty of light and air around her(she is out door), would neem help or is it too late and i should try to wait a few weeks and pull her? LMK thanks
