Fan leaves, should i keep them or cut them?

:rofl: i need to get high i have no weed thats it i'm gona cut these fan leaves and smoke on them and allow light to hit the buds so that they can grow! you know it's a big debate this subject to cut or not to cut so ima gona chop. BTW i heard you can cut the main stem from the bottom and go through flowering it's a great practice at the start of flowering just chop the main stem and watch it grow
