The chart on the back of the bottles is in teaspoons...

well do not go by the label on back as its way to strong!!About half or so..

well if you can measure ppm go by that.. start off around 200ppm .. if you cant then.. start you ladies off at 1/8th strength and wrk you way to full... slowly..
