The Oregon info is very wrong. Possession isn't 3 oz. of bud, it's 24 oz. It has to be med ready. No leaves or plants count, just finished product. The finished bud belongs to the patient, even if it is in the grower's possession. You can have 24 plants growing at once, all 1 foot tall or less and no bigger around than a foot across. You can also have 6 plants in flowering with no size limits, along with the 24 babies. The amount seems like a lot, but when you consider that some only grow outdoors, those 24 oz. need to last until next year's harvest.

...Also, if you are growing multiple strains for multiple conditions the limits are not very realistic.

Psycological needs sativa, perhaps multiple kinds and Physical needs indica...more the better.
