Thats just 1 plant.OK 3gallons are small but will work, the plant looks crowded too.
Are you only doing feeds, or are you breaking it up with a water only (phed) ever 3rd or about watering?
tempted to switch to soil if this persists through the entire grow. I ran this same coco and nutes my entire last grow with 0 issues.I’m not sure with your medium but in soil between 5.5-6.5 for calmag

Def looks like a mag def by the chart. I'm not sure what else to do. I am even using a new container of cal mag, maybe add epson salt?little finicky eh….probably the only one?
i know zero about growing in cocoa/perlite
other than i have heard that growers have to flush? the cocoa before using to get the Ph right?
but your Ph looks ok , so what is the dealio?
the plant appears to be locking out some nutes , like cal mag but you are using that too!
