Here's my set up. The smaller one is my DIY box and the larger is the Homebox. I have a 400W light in each. The DIY has a Daystar reflector, and the Homebox has a Daystar AC reflector.
The Fan is a Can fan 265 CFM. It pulls air throught the DIY box (it has plenty of spots for light and aiir to get in) cooling it with air from my air conditioned room, through a 6" duct into the Homebox. There it goes through a filter--> reflector--->inline fan and exhausts through the top.
