How Far can this light setup take me?

I got a 400w waiting to hook up but waiting on fan so how far can these 2 philips 55w flurcent tubes take me? the babies are alittle over a week old now 110 Watts 9600 lumens total

Depends on the strain. 2 to 3 weeks from sprouting, is a general rule. Some people go to 4 weeks.
