Humidity in growroom installed in garage?????

Ok we would like to know what is the best range of humidity for a growroom that has been made in a garage? We just put our plant into veg. state and want to make sure the room stays humid enough for them.

50-60 % for veg and 30-40% for flowering plants and you should be ok

ok so how is the best way to get it that percentage? we have 2 buckets of water down with the plants and we also have a humidifier goin and it is still only 29% in the room.
