Hydro to soil

Someone gave 3 pretty health looking plants, because his wife found out about his grow. My guess is they are 2 weeks along in veg. Theese plants are in rockwool cubes, and i only grow in soil. My question is can I plant them, cubes and all in soil? If yes, do I need to do anything special? If no, what are my options?

No problem, just plant them in whatever medium you like. Why not try a soilless medium like coco for a change? Works really well.
