Male or female?

I have a plant closing in on about six weeks old, and at about 5 weeks i could see little balls forming, ive heard that females start out as balls an then hairs come out, but no hairs have come out of mine yet and its been about a week an half since theyve emerged plz tell me its not a boy!!lol

also i can smell that "bud smell" at the top of the plant...sorry no pics

sounds like a male to me ,,,and males imo smell alot more than females do ,,so you will still get the bud smell ,,try and get some pics up but it most certainly sounds male ,,,sorry ,,:48:
