MH with Autos?

Im wondering if there would be any benifits on using a MH bulb for the first 2 weeks (VEG STAGE) on auto plants. I seen other auto gurus like Granddaddytoke and Richy-B use HPS throughout thier grow and still have excellent yields. Anyone?

i did my sour bubbleryder with hps all the way as well. I don't think its gonna matter. I think the most important thing is LIGHT, any kind...just lots of it.
