Need some help

Using a Feit Fluoro twist wondering if thats good enough to use for both Veg and Flowering stages since reg white bulbs give off too much heat . Any Information about this light would be highly appreciated http://216.86.216.207/minitwist.html

There are a lot of lights on the link. So you have a CFL. The ROT is to have around 5k lumen/ft2 so, get as many lights as you need to get there and take it from there. Those lights will grow plants, if you have enough.

Yea so sorry for taking so long to reply im using a 13 watt subsitute for 60 watt white bulb
