Pest or Disease damage?

Hey people.

I had some white fly's but the neem oil seemed to clear them out.

I am around 6.5 pH and growing in soil, I have been feeding them as per recommendation.

Is this just damage and stress from the white fly bastards or some nutrients deficiencies

Looks more like a Magnesium Deficiency to me. This is what white fly damage looks like.
