I germinated seeds and i just put the seeds right in the dirt, does it matter what way i put them in, i didnt put the white tails in any specific direction i just put them in. I didnt think this mattered but i heard that it might. If someone could throw some knowlegde at me that would be great.

Most will tell you that the (white) root tip must be down. However this being said. They will turn and go down regardless to the way the seed is pointed. It is just natural for this to occur. Man, if the farmers had to go to these lenghs to make sure the seed was properly directed the correct way.. He would never get them all planted... Whew...LOL Stay safe, and keep it green! Happy Trails

it will be fine the root tip will go down regardless
