Sunlight during the day CFL's during the nite.

if i place my plants outside during the day to utilize the So Cal sun and to save on electricity and then move the plant in my closet under CFL's during the ntie will they turn out ok? or will the change of light stress the plants out too much? i usully put em out on my deck around 10 am and they recieve constant sunlight until about 6 pm then i move them into my closet where they recieve CFL's until 11 pm. im still kind of new and this is my 4th grow but i dont have any HID lights so i dont have to make due.

I've done it before without a problem. If you have other plants inside just be careful about bringing bugs in.
