Tapwater

hello all i currently water my plants with tapwater and was wondering how many days should i let the tapwater sit out to let all the chlorine and what not evaporate from it?

Ive heard 24 hours is ok, how bad is your H2o ?

Get some water safe for fish from the pet store and use that to remove the chlorine and chloramine from your water as a precipitate. Chloramine will not evap no matter how long you let it sit and will do just as much damage as chlorine will.
