Thrips in late flowering plants

My plants are a few days away from harvest and I found thrips on a piece of bud I cut off to sample. What should I do? I gave my last watering (+ molasses) today so I am going to cut these plants soon. Need advice on how to proceed. Thx

I guess I will cut them early ...

What happens if not all the thrips are killed/shaked off though? Will they destry my buds while they are drying?
