topping and switching 12/12... help

how long do you have to wait after topping before you can switch to 12/12? they are about 6weeks old and have boo-koo alternating nodes. the indicas are about 18" tall and the hazes are like 24". i just topped the indicas about 5 days ago and i want to switch to start budding. how long must i wait w/o stressing them?

Wait til you see a nice growth pattern and then switch. Or switch now they are definitely large enough and it will be a learning experience see what happens, it can be too bad

Hey pufindo, you can switch your lights now man. It only takes 3 or 4 days for the plants to heal the cuts.

They'll be fine.

If one of you starts your own thread named "Please explain what topping is" then we can get that out of this guys thread and into your own.

It's too complicated to explain briefly, and it's not cool to use this guys thread to teach you what topping is.
