would this case to much stress to the plant keeping them inside for a week and half under 24/0 light then transplanting outside?

or should i do like 24/0 first 4 days then like 22/2 2 days, 20/4 2 days etc until iam finally down to exact sunset/sunrise?

or just keep them on normal sunset/sun rise hours for a week and half then move outside

i know you gotta harden them off to the sun before you put them outside full time.

put em in the shade for an hour day 1
day 2,put em under the shade for 2 hours
day 3,put em under half sun half shade for an hour
day 4 put em under direct sunlight for an hour
day 5 put em under the sun for 2 hrs
day 6 put em under the sun for 3 hrs
day 7 put em under the sun for 4 hours
after a week of this schedule, they should be good to go outside, just watch them closely the first week or so
