gumby, Thanks for your reply. Makes sense to leave them for 24 hours in darkness before switching to new light cycle. As for the smoke detector, got that covered; my flowering room was originally a bedroom, so it already came equipped with one. Thanks again for your input.

So whats the deal with switching flowering times by 12 hours? For instance, I am currently on a 7am-7pm light cycle, but after further research, and other reasons, I want to switch the lights on to 7pm-7am, what's the best way to do this?
