is there any inexpensive way 2 get rid of these little annoying nats that have infested my grow op

i don't have a reliable ph tester. the one i have constantly reads 7.2. can i spray the leaves with mg this late in flowering

my leaves r yellowing in the middle. and some even have dead spots on them. i watered them about 2 days ago.i'm using miracle gro 1/4 strenth they're under 2 cfl and 2 4ft floros, and a 5 gallon pot. the third pic is another plant, any ideas on that one is appreciated.

thats 6hrs of light and 12hrs of darkness, for a total of 18hrs what will the plant do for the other 6 hrs.

whats causing my girl 2 claw. she's in daddy petes organic soil 2 ft floros 2cfl . i fed her some miracle gro bloom yesterday. but she's getting a droopey look and some clawing going on .
