I've never understood the race to grow roots on your cuttings. Like doing it in five days vs. ten is some kind of badge of honor or something. If you know how long approximatly your method takes, and have a clone mother available, you just take cuttings that much earlier than another 'quicker'...

Lime affects Ph slowly as a surface application, you may want to look into some Ph Up available at your local pet store. Use 1/2 tsp per gallon at first and increase by 1/4 tsp till you get the proper reading

You ant to save mutated genes? Not recommended. No mutation from seed I've ever come across has yielded a higher quality or faster growing smoke. At best quality is the same and growth is slowed, leading to less yield.

Other ratios of ISO work well also, it just takes longer for the excess water to evap away.

Water cloning is usually 100% successful. You do not need a dark cup or a specific water or anything else to get them to root. Changing out the water frequently might help speed things along, but I've seen plenty of clones root under less than ideal conditions in plain water. You dont need to...

No one could possibly guess what your weight will be without knowing what light your flowering with. Nothing less than a 600 or 1000 watt HPS will get that plant to yield three ounces. A 400 HPS might get you two. She looks great! Good luck Smokin
