first stretching in veg,now no stretching in flower?

wazzup folks,from what ive read on here and as a general rule it seems that when a plant is put into flower it can stretch anywhere from double to triple its veg size.my plant has been in flower for about 2 weeks and has only grown about an inch is this normal.i have the plant flowering under flouro's (about 10.000 lumens),ph 6.5-6.8,a good soil mixture,7/7/7 nute. there is alot of white hairs starting to appear (especially the main cola) so i assume everything is going ok.its bagseed so i cant compare it to anything. am i just panicing that its not getting bigger.

That's wierd, never happened to me. Were you keeping up the veg feeding schedule in the stretch?

Give her some time. it showed sex...it may be sativa dom. and they take longer, when it does fully switch to flower it's going to explode. I've had the stretch take 3 weeks to kick in b4. Be patient...
