is there any inexpensive way 2 get rid of these little annoying nats that have infested my grow op

my leaves r yellowing in the middle. and some even have dead spots on them. i watered them about 2 days ago.i'm using miracle gro 1/4 strenth they're under 2 cfl and 2 4ft floros, and a 5 gallon pot. the third pic is another plant, any ideas on that one is appreciated.

whats causing my girl 2 claw. she's in daddy petes organic soil 2 ft floros 2cfl . i fed her some miracle gro bloom yesterday. but she's getting a droopey look and some clawing going on .

everytime i do a ph test my soil reads at 7.0-7.2. if i add vinegar or lemon to te soil the ph only drops slightly and only 4 the day. the goes back 2 7.0-7.2.i have 2 4ft floros and i,m using a soil called daddy pete's soil (a local organic). but i had the same problem b 4 i transplanted from...

i repotted my ladies like stoney advised.being that she's in her late flowering stages what r her chances 4 survival.:(
