I am a little disappointed. They never really took off in veg. I guess I could've given them a couple more weeks, but already gave em two months. I've flowered smaller plants and have still had side branches. Could this just be a sativa dom strain?

These are soma's new york city diesel at 30 days flowering. I vegged em for 8 weeks and seem like real slow growers. I have never had such a vertical plant before. Does anyone know why there is no side branching on these plants?

I am starting my first hydro grow in waterfarms. I have a ton of FF nutes left from growing in soil. Would I be better off using the GH nutes that came with the waterfarms or can I use all the FF stuff that I have left over?

I started my plants on 24/0 lighting and then cut it down to 18/6. Now I'm planning on switching back to 24/0 due to the fact that I need to put clones in my veg room and it gets down to 65 at night. Would this cause any potential problems?

If it's at least 10-12 inches, you'll be fine. I have noticed alternating nodes after the 7th node and sometimes not until the 10th or so. Basically, she'll flower when you tell her to. I have never used alternating nodes as a barometer.
