On my last few grows my bud is coming out really fluffy. How do you make your bud more dense and just stright bud

I'm getting that a bit lately too. Check your bulbs, what are you feeding them and how well is the light coverage. I'm interested in what people have to say. I heard it could be a lack of p and K too, but I don't know as I use the same nutes on all my plants and some aren't fluffy. Also look at your heat, heat stress will do it too.

I would say that it is some what strain dependant, sativa's are usually more fluffy then indica's, but I have always found that density is a result of internode distance, the space inbetween each node. I improve my internode ratios by giving the plants more intense red/orange light, like from a HPS.

Also like snuggles said watch your heat but also humidity. IMHO fluffy buds are from not having enough light, in most situations.

Thanks, I'm not sure what it is with me, cause the strain thing isn't what's going on with me. My SD clones are dense and some are fluffy. I should check my humidity...thanks a bunch:)

more lumen intensity, better genetics and better growing methods will increase yeild everytime.
