drying plants

hey ganja guru, what was your most successful way to dry your buds. was it A.hang it to dry.B.pluck all the buds and put in a paper bag. i'm concerned that if i put them a paper bag that they're grow mold, while on the other hand my first grow i hung them upside down in a opaque room and they dryed too quickly and became briddle.
