You know the problem with this country is that people spend so much time trying to control the lives of others and not take accountability for their own **** lives. Its funny that many of the lawmakers have children with issues and drug problems but are inept at cleaning their own mess that they take pleasure in ruining others. The fact of the matter is that they cannot produce scientific evidence that marijuana is detrimental to your health and they know the benefits far out way the drawbacks. As with anything you do can be a problem if it is done to excess, lets not forget the women you died from drinking to much water("candy good and sweet also bad for your teath") the issue is excess and nothing more. So are they gonna ban water too. What the hell cars kill more people than MJ ever will so lets put a ban on them too and when we go back to horses than we can ban them because of too much **** on the streets. Long live the cannibus plant. :Yay:

thats the big problem...even though a state may say medical pot is legal, the feds can step in and still arrest and charge them with federal law...federal law over powers state law.......thats one of the reasons for the civil war, the south wanted states rights..the right for each state to govern and make its own laws and not have any sort of federal police .....
