Early Harvest

So i have 2 plants in 1 flowering room aka my closet, my sativa plant is ready to be harvested.

I also have a 50/50 Stativa/Indica plant that is also going to be exposed to the dark period.

Will this help or hurt the plant, if it is going to cause negative affects would it be worse to harvest 2-3 weeks early or to keep letting it go after hr 48-72 hour dark period.

Why are you doing a dark period? There is absolutely nothing anywhere that shows that a dark period does the plant any good whatsoever. Just keep the lights on until you are ready to harvest, harvest the one that is ready, leave the other, and then you don't have to worry about your plant that is not done. Taking it 2-3 weeks early would be a really bad idea.
