How do you get hash oil, and whats it used for?

So, what are the drawbacks of using the rubbing alch.? Like isn't that stuff supposed to be bad for you if it enters your body, or does it all evaporate? You all started to kinda talk about it then the discussion went over to vaporizers.

If you use the 93% Iso Alcohol, it all evaporates
just do it near a window or something, the fumes will fill up the room while its evaporating.
