Hey fellas... Im new here so forgive me if this question is a re-run.
So questions for the experts, Im taking a hair follicle analysis in approx a few months. I did some research online and that all those ** shampoos dont work because the chemicals lie within your roots which will stay in your roots for approx 90 days. Can someone PLEASE recommend whatevers best to clean my system out. Aside from stop smoking as of today (because I smoked last night) and shaving my hair off. Anyone know what else I can do? Thanks all....
