Handy Dandy HID Pocket Guide Freebie!

Greetings Earthlings!

I've probably read every book and article on HID lighting west of the Pecos in the last twenty years, but I just ran across this little 66 page pocket guide pdf from Advance that sums up everything you ever wanted to know about the subject, PLUS a fairly comprehensive troubleshooting guide that comprises the last 22 full pages! It seems to be one of those rare little gems, kinda like the CarrLanes pamphlet is for machinists. Anyway, thought I'd pass it along!

^ dead link snax. it did send me on a saturday morning search on predator bugs for like 3 hours. there is some pretty amazing bugs out there that feast on others. found some interesting things at greentree hydroponics on this...Irish...

The link works fine. I found the booklet, scanned it, bookmarked it, and just checked it out again right now--working great. Did you get a mighty buzz going and forget to change the "hxxp" to "http" ?

OTOH, how about them bugs????? Now how about educating us?

I can't begin to tell you how many times my life has changed because I couldn't find what I was looking for online and ended up finding something absolutely fascinating.

I think the last time was Toilegami, which I ended up having a blast leaving toilet paper designs in every bathroom I visited. Maybe not as helpful as what you found, but one night I had 3 restroom janitorettes following me around the casino asking me if I'd teach them how to make a bouquet of flowers and sailboats with the toilet paper ends.

But I'm into bugs too, so tell us what you learned!
