How can I post pix of my babies on here?

Hey, I'm not all that computer savvy & I took some pix of my babies via my cameraphone & sent them to my e-mail then downloaded them to my 420 file on my computer although I don't know how to put them in a thread to start my grow journal complete w/pix. If somebody can assisst me in this duty step by step I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanx, lowrent.
