whats a good percentage of humidity for marijuana 70-80%?

This is what this High Times grow disk has on it. The disk is called Ready Set Grow. A buddy lent it to me. It's kind of stupid, but I guess it'd be good for a beginer.
50 - 60% in veg.
25 - 30% in flower.

you sure DS, 20% is way to dry, I don't think marijuana plant will like that.
