I wouldn't call my plants sick, But.....

My yeild is in the tank. I started 16 seeds that I bought from a seed company. One plant is giving weed, but the yeilds sucks. I have another 30 seeds. I'm a medical marijuana user. I'm limited to 15 plants. Total.

What is a good way to start seeds and grow at the same time. I know my mother will get s tronger and grow better yields. But I want to keep looking for that monster plant.
