I don't think that is a pure sativa cross.
Looks more like a hybrid to me.
Regarding the MH lamp:

- Look, there is a substantial peak around the 600nM mark. You can see a peak there with the CMH also. I bet it's the sodium line.
Give it a try. But to be fair, may I suggest making a valuable experiment? Try switching off the equivalent amount of fluoro lumens and replacing them with the MH. And see what happens.
