Is it normal?

Is it normal for a plant to have more than one stem coming from the ground that branch off? Just saw some pictures of it happening and was wondering why that happens.

It is possible they have planted more than one seed in the same hole

Yes its possible. And i`ve also had the top eaten off so close to the ground that late in the year it looks like two stalks from the same plant.

yup yup i have seen it happen before but never to my plants lol
